Eric Wolf – Joint Managing Director
Having completed a technical trade background in detail joinery early in his 16 year construction career, Eric broadened his experience and transitioned his skillset into façade and cladding work for various established industry leaders back in their day. With an eye for high quality and architectural detail, it was only a matter of time that the merger of two friends with the same positive outlook and business ideals were going to carve their own path leading to the birth of Aesthetic Building and Facades. His strong passion for industry excellence as a specialist façade and cladding company has never been waivered irrespective the height of difficulty or the depth of challenge required in achieving success.
Brendan Minkus – Joint Managing Director
Brendan has been working in the construction industry for over 16 years. He thrives on positive feedback from clients and is driven by business success and the prospect of continued growth. He is enriched by the entire project process, from architectural concept and cost planning to ultimately the personal satisfaction of project completion and handover. After completing his trade apprenticeship as a carpenter and working for several organisations, he and his destined business partner, Eric Wolf, decided that they would come together and start up their own specialised cladding and façade company in 2011. With time, their ambitions became a reality in creating a one stop shop to the industry with their capabilities extending from estimation, design, procurement, fabrication, installation and project management services for a diverse range of external façade products and systems.
